Elizabeth Line — Shenfield to Whitechapel

Jet d’eau in Raphael Park (Gidea Park to Romford)

The north-eastern sector of the Elizabeth Line runs from Shenfield to the junction with the south-eastern and central sectors at Whitechapel.

Though much of the route is necessarily on suburban streets, there are parks to break up the tarmac, and quieter streets are chosen wherever possible. There is a broad variety of architectural styles (and the later “improvements”) on show.

Links to maps and directions will be added as details are confirmed. Note that some inter-station stages have been combined in the directions: the link against each stage is to the document which contains the directions for that stage (and possibly for others).
