Clyde Walkway

A 67km walk between New Lanark and Partick.
Riverside paths are preferred wherever possible. Public transport links for the entire “Clyde Way” (Clyde Walkway, Clyde Coastal Path, Ayrshire Coastal Path and Loch Ryan Coastal Path — 111 locations) are widely available in and to the north of the Ayr conurbation, and at strategic points to the south. Hamilton is the most convenient base station in the middle of this section, but the entire route has good public transport links with Glasgow.
