St Patrick’s Way
A walk of 142km between Armagh and Downpatrick.
St Patrick’s Way is sponsored by WalkNI. The rationale of the walk is to link places with connections to St Patrick and key natural features.
Public transport links are available at key staging points, with one major exception. The section across the Mourne Mountains between Rostrevor and Newcastle is 38km: a taxi rendezvous may be required, probably near the Spelga dam.
