Description

This circuit lies in the bosky part of Hertfordshire to the south-west of the county town. It uses short stretches of the Hertfordshire Way in places, and passes a decapitated Coal Tax post. While the route is not completely flat, its gradients are modest. You will need to carry all supplies in and all litter out, unless you time your walk with the pubs en route in mind.
