Description

This is one of the farther-flung walks from London rail termini, but is not so long that there might be worries of returning by train (as long as you leave at a reasonable time, of course). Simply put, the route rises out of the Evenlode plain, runs along the east side of the Cotswold ridge, and drops back to the plain again. But that middle section contains the beauties of Bourton-on-the-Hill and Raj-supra-Evenlode (otherwise known as Sezincote, with its echoes of India). Moreton offers some fine shopping to fill the space between the end of the walk and the train home.
