The Mildmay Line is an Overground line with two sections. Formerly known as the North London Link (a much more descriptive name which does not confuse the visitors). it arcs across north London from Richmond to Stratford, with a branch from Clapham Junction joining at Willesden Junction.
At Highbury and Islington, you may transfer to the Windrush Line, going by Surrey Quays to Clapham Junction, to complete the Overground Circle. Iain Sinclair has written about a psychogeographic circuit in his 2016 book, London Overground.
The route is contained within a single descriptive document: map coverage is as below.
| Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction 12.4km — 53m ascent | Map |
| Richmond to Stratford 35.3km — 247m ascent | Map |
