Mill Hill East to Upminster

Crossing the Lee Navigation at Tottenham Marsh

The north-eastern section of the route is largely parkland or rural (if you include Epping Forest in that characterisation). Between the parks, there are suburban streets in Barnet, between Cockfosters and Walthamstow, and on the final approach to Upminster. Note the length of the final section: there is an occasional bus at Havering-atte-Bower, and frequent services from Noak Hill.
