Some of my favourite tapas. Each may have the portions and/or quantities doubled to form a ración (usually for sharing at tapas size) or further increased to main-course size.
- Green beans with spiced almonds
- Grilled lamb cutlets with garlic mayonnaise — if you do not have the tiny Spanish-sized cutlets, increase the quantities of the other ingredients
- Lamb ribs with paprika
- Pork medallions with lemon and marjoram — served on bread
